7 sessions + 1 bonus practice (take one or all w/ certificate of completion for attending all sessions). Every 4th Sunday from 12-2pm beginning February 27th + 2:30p-3:30 bonus practice on the last day. Each session includes but is not limited to: lecture/review of the chakra, balancing techniques, pranayama (breath work), 45 min slow flow / yin yoga practice & meditation, use of essential oils in class /aromatherapy, gift themed for that chakra . $30/session or $175 for all (including certification and bonus practice class)(Unlimited members receive 15% off).
