Kickboxing

This class is a full body workout utilizing heavy bags and drills in order to get a cardio and conditioning workout to ignite muscle and agility not typically targeted during other exercises. Students are encouraged to bring their own boxing gloves. Contact us for recommendations.

Strength & Conditioning

This is a full body workout for the individual who likes to switch things up. This class uses elements of circuit training, interval training, strength training, and cardio. Although this class is quick paced, all exercises are scalable for all levels. Kettle bells, battle ropes, and other training equipment will be utilized to create a total body workout.

Yoga

We offer a variety of yoga classes to include but not limited to Vinyasa, Hatha, Nidra, Yin, Restorative, playful, gentle, and energizing classes all suitable for every level. Yoga will help participants with strength and flexibility in addition to improving the functioning of the respiratory, circulatory, digestive, and hormonal systems. Yoga, in addition to helping the physical body, can help bring emotional stability and clarity of mind. A treat for your body and mind! A yoga mat and water is recommended.

Trapeze Yoga

This is a prop based yoga classed where inversions become the highlight of the class. Trapeze yoga is great for minimizing back pain, but is also fun to do. Through the aid of the Trapeze Rig, practitioners are able to achieve inversions and moves not easily accomplished with mat yoga, opening the door to a world of possibilities. There are classes suitable for all levels.

Barre (Bombshell Soul)

This class is a low impact class designed to fire up your muscles. Similar in nature to a low impact strength & toning class, but following more of a ballet/pilates style of exercise movements. This is a great class for all levels!

Pilates

A low impact strength class that focus on exercises that stem from the core and promote core stability to correct muscle imbalances. The technique cultivates awareness of the body to support everyday movements that are efficient and graceful.

Zumba®

Everybody and everybody! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.

Bellyfit®

A blend of Belly/African/Indian dance & yoga inspired moves. Designed for the female body, the class consists of roughly 35 minutes of cardio, 10 minutes of strength and toning, followed by 10 minutes of yoga inspired stretching and meditation. This class can be scaled to personal fitness level and is created to embrace the unique needs of women. Yoga mat or towel suggested for the toning and stretching portions.
